Terms of Service

Last updated 9 August 2026

Draft pending legal review. Company legal name, registered address and governing law must be completed before this is relied upon.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Vector, provided by vboom. By creating an account or connecting a Google Ads account you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service does

Vector reads advertising data from Google Ads accounts you authorise, analyses it, and presents findings and recommendations. It is an analysis and advisory tool.

Vector does not make changes to your advertising accounts. Every change is made by you. We provide information; the decisions and their consequences remain yours.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Access during the free period

Vector is currently provided free of charge while in development. Fair-use limits apply to the number of monitored accounts and concurrent historical backfills; these exist to protect shared API quota for all customers and can be raised on request.

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing charges. Pricing, when introduced, will be based on monitored accounts. User seats will not be charged.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a service level during the free period. Analysis depends on the Google Ads API; interruptions, quota limits or changes to that API may delay or prevent analysis, and we surface those interruptions in the product rather than hiding them.

6. Data

You retain all rights in your data and your clients' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and the sub-processor list. We do not use customer advertising data to train models.

We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics — never identifiable to a customer, an advertiser, or an individual — to improve detection quality. Cross-customer benchmarks, if offered, are drawn from pools large enough that no individual account can be inferred.

7. Accuracy and limitations

Findings are produced from data supplied by Google and are only as reliable as that data. Vector explicitly assesses whether an account's conversion tracking can be trusted and withholds recommendations when it cannot, but no analysis can be guaranteed complete or correct.

Certain campaign types — notably Performance Max — do not expose keyword or query-level data through the API. We display the proportion of spend we can analyse at full depth so that silence is never mistaken for a clean bill of health.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue or data, or for advertising outcomes resulting from decisions you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Third parties

Vector is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google Ads remains governed by your agreement with Google, and our access is subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Vector and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or where continued access would put other customers' data or our API access at risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account owners by email at least 30 days in advance.
